We deliver across Adelaide and surrounding suburbs. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, just reach out and we’ll confirm for you.

2. How soon will my flowers be delivered?
We offer next-day delivery on all local Adelaide orders! For special occasions, we recommend ordering ahead to secure your preferred delivery date.

3. How much is delivery?
Local deliveries are handled by our team and included in your order price. Orders outside our local delivery area incur a $9.99 courier fee, your delivery options will be shown at checkout.

4. Can I include a message with my flowers?
Absolutely! Every bouquet comes with an empowering affirmation card. You can add a personal message at checkout, and we’ll include it with your flowers.

5. How do you support tree planting?
We’ve partnered with 15trees, and a portion of every purchase helps plant trees — creating a greener, more sustainable future with every bouquet. 🌱

6. How are the flowers delivered or shipped?
🌼 Local Adelaide orders are lovingly hand-delivered by our Bloomie Away team to ensure they arrive fresh and picture-perfect.
📦 Orders further away are carefully packed and shipped via courier with a hydration source to keep them healthy during transit.

7. What happens if no one is home when the flowers are delivered?
If no one’s home, we’ll leave your bouquet in a safe, shaded spot at the delivery address. Our team (or courier) will ensure it’s secure and protected from the elements.

8. Can I choose a specific bouquet or is it seasonal?
We work with fresh, seasonal blooms, so your bouquet may vary slightly depending on availability — but each design is crafted to capture the same colour palette and mood shown online.

9. Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your order before it’s arranged or dispatched.

10. What if my flowers arrive damaged?
We take great care with every order, but if your bouquet arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
