Are these flowers actually fresh?

Yes — and we mean just picked fresh. Every order is sourced directly from our wholesaler, which means your bouquet goes from the market to your door without sitting in a shop for days. You won't find fresher flowers in Adelaide. Full stop.

How long will my flowers last?

Because we source directly, you're getting blooms at the very start of their life — not the middle. With proper care, expect 7–14 days of beauty. Most customers are surprised by how long they last.

Can I customise my bouquet?

Every arrangement is handcrafted to a colour palette and mood — not mass-produced. Blooms vary slightly by season and availability, which is actually a good thing: it means what you're getting is genuinely fresh and in-season, not forced.

Am I actually helping the environment?

Yes. Bloomie Away is a Trees for Life member, and every order contributes toward tree planting and reforestation across Australia. You buy flowers, trees get planted. Simple.

When will my order arrive?

We deliver on designated days throughout the week. Place your order before midnight and select your preferred delivery date — next available day is confirmed at checkout. No guessing.

There's a handwritten note included?

Always. Every bouquet arrives with a complimentary handwritten card. Add your message at checkout and we'll write it for you — no extra charge, no printed label.

What if something's not right?

We put a lot of care into every single order — but if something genuinely went wrong on our end, reach out within 48 hours with a photo and we'll do our best to help. We don't offer refunds or replacements once an order is made, but we're always happy to find a solution together.
