At Bloomie Away, we take great pride in ensuring your blooms arrive safely, beautifully, and ready to brighten someone's day.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver exclusively within the Adelaide metropolitan area.

Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery suburb.

Delivery Options

Signature Delivery

We personally hand-deliver orders to Norwood, Unley, Burnside, Prospect, and surrounding suburbs, ensuring each arrangement is handled with the utmost care.

Adelaide Metro Delivery

For suburbs outside our signature delivery zone, we partner with trusted courier services to deliver your flowers promptly and in excellent condition.

Ordering Cut-Off Times

Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM on the day prior to the requested delivery date.

Delivery Days

Deliveries are available Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

We do not deliver on public holidays.

If the Recipient Is Not Home

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may:

• Leave the order in a safe and shaded location at the delivery address;

• Leave the order with a neighbour where appropriate; or

• Contact the recipient to arrange a suitable delivery outcome.

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided and left in a safe location, Bloomie Away accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or deterioration resulting from weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Times

While we always aim to deliver within the requested delivery window, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to traffic conditions, weather events, road closures, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Seasonal Availability & Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and availability may vary throughout the year.

Where specific flowers, foliage, wrapping materials, or packaging are unavailable, Bloomie Away reserves the right to substitute them with products of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and quality of the arrangement.

Special Occasions

During peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and other high-demand occasions, delivery times may vary and flower substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability and supplier stock levels.
