1. What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Adelaide and surrounding suburbs. If your address isn't covered at checkout, reach out to us directly — we may be able to arrange delivery at a custom rate.

2. How soon will my flowers be delivered?
We offer next-day delivery on all orders. You can also pre-order ahead for a future date — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or any occasion you want to plan in advance.

3. How much is delivery?
A small delivery fee applies to all orders. Your exact delivery cost will be shown at checkout based on your address.

4. Can I include a message with my flowers?
Absolutely. Every bouquet comes with a complimentary handwritten note card. Simply add your personal message at checkout and we'll take care of the rest.

5. How do you support tree planting?
We've partnered with Trees For Life, and a portion of every order helps plant trees — creating a greener future, one bouquet at a time. 🌱

6. How are the flowers delivered?
All Adelaide orders are hand-delivered by our Bloomie Away team, so your blooms arrive fresh, intact, and looking their best.

7. What happens if no one is home?
If no one's home, we'll leave your bouquet in a safe, shaded spot at the delivery address — protected from the elements until your recipient gets home.

8. Can I choose a specific bouquet or is it seasonal?
We work with fresh seasonal blooms, so your bouquet may vary slightly based on availability. Every arrangement is crafted to match the same colour palette and mood shown online.

9. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date and are subject to approval once order preparation has begun.

10. What if my flowers arrive damaged?
We take great care with every order, but if something's not right, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your flowers with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

11. What if my address is outside your standard delivery area?
No problem — just get in touch before placing your order. We may be able to arrange delivery at a custom rate so we don't have to turn you away.
