At Bloomie Away, we take great pride in every arrangement we create. Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the custom nature of many of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If there is an issue with your order, or if your items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@bloomieaway.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the matter and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Special orders
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Natural Variations

Flowers are natural products, and slight variations in colour, bloom size, shape, and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the unique beauty of fresh flowers and are not considered defects.
