By accessing or using our website, services, or products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
"We," "us," "our" refers to Bloomie Away. "You," "your" refers to the user or customer.
2. Products and Services
Our offerings include fresh flowers, bouquets, and related gift items available for delivery across select Adelaide suburbs. Product availability is subject to seasonal variations, and substitutions may be made with equivalent or higher-value items where necessary.
3. Order Placement
Orders must be placed through our website. Full payment is required at the time of checkout to confirm an order. We accept credit/debit card, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
4. Delivery Policy
We deliver on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Standard delivery is made between 9am – 1pm. Specific delivery time requests may incur an additional charge.
Bloomie Away delivers to select Adelaide suburbs. Available delivery zones are shown automatically at checkout. If your address falls outside our standard delivery area, please contact us before placing your order — we may be able to arrange delivery at a custom rate.
Accurate delivery addresses are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice to reflect current market conditions.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7. Liability
We are not responsible for allergic reactions to flowers, plants, or related products. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
8. Prohibited Uses
Misuse of our website or services is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to fraudulent orders and unauthorised access.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date by contacting us directly. Cancellations are subject to approval and cannot be guaranteed once order preparation has commenced.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued for:
- Orders cancelled within the eligible timeframe and approved by our team.
- Products damaged during delivery (photographic proof required within 48 hours of receipt).
- Orders not fulfilled due to stock unavailability.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
